1) I've sent this to alot of people on Capital Hill.

2) I also felt a twinge of the "Rove spin control" when Bill O'Reilly talked about this and "tried to paint me as a member of the Patriot/Militia Movement?! That ain't gonna work. So...I typed out my response on my computer journal that "I was a card carrying proud supporter of THE SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER and MORRIS DEES successful CIVIL RICO action that bankrupted the Klu Klux Klan.

This MOTION for INJUNCTIVE RELIEF contains an appeal to Sioux Falls, SD, Federal Judge Larry Peirsol to "prohibit any sort of illegal surveillance during the course of litigation" including....."A BAR TO ANY INTEL COMMUNITY TAMPERING WITH DOCTOR PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY when I schedule surgery to "REMOVE THE RFID TRACKING CHIP" that was illegally implanted in my naso pharyngial cavity.

4) HATE TO ADMIT BUT.......I got chipped just like former FBI agent and whistleblower GERAL SOSBEE.


The NSA/DOD/FBI have knowledge of this......and NSA can and does monitor EEG readouts of brain waves electrical signals that are faintly given off by all conscious humans. Believe it or not, this black budget technology has been around for along time. Patents show cause this existed at least since the 1980's.....


I've had numerous illegal breakins by "DOD Stringers" who are granted criminal immunity by Sioux Falls FBI supervisory special agent STEVEN PLUTA and all South Dakota law enforcement. All of these break ins are monitored by ROBERT DALE LILLY who monitors a pin hole spy camera placed in my home. So, oddly enough...all the crimes have been witnessed by LILLY on tape?!



5) On the morning I got chipped....I fell into a deep sleep....the mind controllers broke in (no hard trick their)...and they administered a local aneasthetic....then gave me shot that I recall feeling....and I woke up eight hours way, way, way past my usual circadian pattern waking period. I felt strangely groggy....tired....and sedated. I stumbled to the bathroom to use cold water to wake up....and noticed an odd black colored mark handing from my right nostril. It turned out to the characteristic "dried blood" from my nose...caused by the implant syringe that penetrates the skin.


I got illegally debriefed about "my knowledge of the NSA spying on DASCHLE's campaign, as proven by the CALEA computerized wiretap records on the hard disk of the telecom providers main frame computers, and the main frames at NSA. THIS INFO CAUSED ALOT OF GRIEF IN THE NEO CON CAMP...SO THEY HAD TO SEND IN THE MIND CONTROLLERS TO DO THE DEBRIEFING.


I also got debriefed "while under the drug"...about the "internet web site" containing all the dirt....and alot more. Of course...this was all unnecessary since "I offered a polygraph to Sioux Falls FBI" in November of 2004?!!!!!


Usually, while under the drug...the NSA mind controllers use "hypnosis" to "erase memory of the debriefing. But, that's what they did. They had to know, if the info was good. Too bad, the RFID CHIP is in my control, and seems to prove everything I have stated.

Of course...at the time...I didn't know what this was all about...but then found research to back it up. Photos, and diagrams and patents.


6) THE GOOD NEWS IS....I still retain the evidence in my naso pharyngial cavity...and the chip "shows up on X Ray machines?! So....now I got to retieve the chip, and use it as evidence in my civil suit. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE CIVIL SUIT DAMAGES FOR BREAKING INTO SOMEONE'S HOME AND IMPLANTING AN RFID CHIP?!


This chip is used to recieve a microwave signal...which is repeated containing the audiogram (a subliminal message used to control the subject and prevent the civil suit filing...etc.). Usually the NSA psy op program uses a debriefing to "find dirt on the target" to use "SHAME and FEAR" to control behavior (like the filing of a civil suit).


7) Last night, I was listening to George Noory on Coast to Coast radio....and...heard the characteristic "ringing in my ear"...which signals when the script is being delivered. Shortly thereafter, I experienced very powerful DREAD, FEAR, ANXIETY etc....about an event that could be used against me.


THIS IS A COMMON MODUS OPERENDI BY THE MIND CONTROLLERS. Believe it or not.

Here's a copy of my US Dept of Justice, Office of Inspectors General Complaint sent to Denver special agent VAN LANCKER and Dallas field agent MONTE CASSON on December 07th, 2004.

This complaint resulted in SD US Attorney JAMES MCMAHON getting asked to resign, rather than be investigated. Alot of FBI agents also got resigned. Minneapolis FBI SAC Deborah "kneepads" Peirce, also was replaced. Boy...I bet the new SAC was proud of me...huh?
