Oh um I was connected by a friend of mine from law school a few, ah a few years ago, and said he was looking for someone that did entertainment law work, which I do and then explained to me the story that is probably pretty well know to the people listening right now. Baffle, Perplexed, and everything in between sure, I have no idea if any of this is real or not or true or not. I know that they believe it is real. Um the few times I’ve had direct contract with the family, and the many time I’ve had it through my friend has lead me to believe these guys real think everything talking about everything is real but I’m to far removed from it to really get a good handle on it.

George:
Larry have you meet anyone face to face?

Larry:
No, except for my friend who well I haven’t seen in years so, I know the person who that has made the connect with me but not anyone from the family just a couple phone conversation with ah, ah John’s Mom K is all I’ve had.

George:
But, you still represent them I assume?

Larry:
I represent them, that is correct.

George:
Ok, I understand you have K on the other line, she does not want to come on the program directly with her voice, but she will answer questions through you. Let me first of all ask you if K saw John Titor from the future. The future John Titor?

Larry:
Ok, let me ask her…(soft talking in the distance, not audible) Um she is telling me when he left in March of 2001 she hasn’t see the older version of him since then.

George:
Since then?

Larry:
Correct

George:
Is there a smaller version of John Titor and if so how old is he right now?

Larry:
There is and he is about to turn 8 years old.

George:
About to turn 8 years old, Has the 8 year old John Titor meet the adult John Titor from future.

Larry:
I’m glad I’m asking her I couldn’t have answered any of these things, hold on. They were together for the 3 years John was here, the future John was here from the past, in the past I should say. It gets a little confusing

George:
Did her future son talk to her at all about the family how long they would live or anything person like that?

Larry:
K was pretty insistent that she at the time she said Definitely not she didn’t want to know any details of the future cause she was just spooked so as far as I can tell from her right now they have no idea about anything that took place in the future or will take place in the future

George:
Larry, How did she first come about and meet the John Titor from the future how did that all occur for her?

Larry:
Ah, in April of 98 he visited them in Florida and stayed for a couple months and then came back in June and spent the next 3 years with them but knew where to find them cause he knew where they were living back then.

George:
Why did she believe this individual who would probably show up at their door step and say Hi mom, I’m John Titor.



Larry:
I’m John, right good one. Because that the biggest one for me to try to figure out hold on, good, good questions. She said at the first meeting she know it was him, but it took her about a day to really except it to figure it out it was real. Or that it really could be real. I don’t think she was really convinced that quickly, but you know she is telling me, ah I’m trying to repeat the words How could a mother not know her son, basically

George:
(Laughing) Even if he is much older.

Larry:
Right Right

George:
Was she proud of him?

Larry:
Basically terrified

George:
Terrified of him why?

Larry:
Terrified I think um its for the same reason not wanting to be on the phone now, or get more involved, then, then this way just when you get hit with something like that she said basically I’m not Sophisticated of a person to get hit with something like that it was. Like why would my son come back whats wrong with in future whats going to happen to us? Whats going to happen to everyone and so on.. Its taken her a while to get over the fear, you know, she was very afraid, very fearful almost terrified given the way her voice sounds

George:
Is she well convinced that John went back to his own time era or has he moved on to other time periods?

Larry:
She doesn’t personally believe he went anyplace else. He really didn’t enjoy what he went to do the first time around. And she think he probably would have stayed and not excepted, not taking another assignment

George:
Ok, so if I understand you she thinks that John Titor from the future is still here in our time period.

Larry:
No, No, No, he is in his current time frame of the future. He didn’t do anymore time traveling. Is the reason why he hasn’t been back here?
George:
Understand There is a book, that is being sold now, its called John Titor A Time Traveler’s Tale, it’s a paperback, it’s by John Titor I assume is written by the mother. Do you Larry as the attorney do you have anything to do with that do you represent them on that at all?

Larry:
Just in terms of getting the publishing I can tell you that all I was responsible for was to make sure that the copyright were filled correctly, and thing really incidental to it, but I had no other involved in the book itself.

George:
Self Published? Or is there a Big Publisher?

Larry:
No, self published

George:
Self published, ok is there anything else on the horizon with regards to the John titor story that you know of?

Larry:
I’m aware of a movie, K had hired me to ah, well continued to hire me to ah about a year to go take a look at some type of video or film about the story, so that it would be more widely know then just want is out there now and so because I do entertainment work in Orlando, I work with a lot of video companies and one of those companies is working on ah the film, I have no idea what stage they are at they told me that they spend sometime some phone interviews and they were going to put something together for release this year but I haven’t seen anything or really don’t know much more about it then that

George:
I’m sure the family wishes tom remain some what anonymous. So they moved from Florida to someplace in the Midwest I understand?

Larry:
Nebraska from what I understand but that is just what they are telling me I couldn’t tell you if that is where they are calling from when they call me its no caller ID.

George:
Ok, so she is relatively confidential

Larry:
Correct, and wants to remain that way, that’s the, that’s the problem, I’ve probably only talked to her 3 or 4 out of the whole couple of year period and most of it is either through emails or through a friend of mine that relay messages.

George:
Well there are a couple possibilities. Larry as you know and say you said in the outset. It is a true story, that there is indeed time traveling going on in the future and that some of these individual including John Titor have come back into our time period to warn us about some events. Or maybe this is one of the most mythically thought out hoaxes I’ve ever heard of in that most hoaxes occur and go away thing seems to be well planned and well thought out as an event.

Larry:
Yeah, and its funny for me cause I’m so incidental to it, I’ve go a law practice and do a whole bunch of other things, I don’t even have a lot of time to spend on the internet and when it pops up I get all wrapped up in it again for a day or two then it goes away for awhile then it comes back again very interesting for me too.

George:
You are maybe the only attorney to represent a family or time traveler from the future

Larry:
I’m very interesting the sciences and the possibility of it, I just keep going along and hopefully I will find out someday

George:
Your not getting paid in 2036 dollars are you?

Larry:
(laugh) No at least that part of it is current then again I’m not doing a whole lot of work, I don’t really get that involved on it since its on a day to day basic, its only a few quick questions or how do we clear this, or do you know someone that can produce this kind thing. So I really do minimal amount of work, my involvement with stuff like this and interview, I got interviewed for a documental that was produced last year that takes up a lot more of the time then I was ever billed for, its been fun

George:
In your entire law practice, is this the strangest cases you have ever had

Larry:
This is the best, that is why I enjoy doing it. Its fun!

Again I'll ask this question. If haber set up the copy right, and if the book was granted an ISBN # WHERE IS THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE COPYRIGHT? For the life of me I can not seem to find it. The library of Congress is supposed to have information on every book granted an ISBN # correct? And would it not, if the info was there, state who has the copyright to this book?

Does Haber own the copyright? Does haber's 'freind' who hes doing the work for have the copyright? Does the possibly made up titor family hold the copyright?....

Mr. Noory gave us a weak interview. It contributed nothing to the Titor story and was a waste of time, IMO. The interview was nothing but fluff! Softball city! He could have asked some hard hitting questions, but didn't! At the very least, I'd like to hear what Haber has to say about the questions raised in Mark Johnson's article!

Representing John Titor's supposed family is Larry Haber, a pricey entertainment lawyer based in Celebration, Florida. Also the location of the headquarters of the John Titor Foundation, Celebration is a master-planned community on Disney-owned real estate outside Orlando. Haber, one of Celebration's first residents, has been a Disney attorney. Some suspect that Haber or his teenage son may have originally propagated the hoax as a merchandising scheme or as a way to bring traffic to TimeTravelInstitute.com, where Titor's first postings appeared. Interestingly, the Web site originally had the same bulletin board administrator as the town of Celebration.
